Waiora Online Strategies

Got Questions? Use the "Ask" button on the Right side of the screen!I received a question yesterday, that I thought was odd. The question was, “How old are you?”  There was no other words and no reason to ask that. I couldn’t understand why someone would ask that question. To be honest, I was a little offended.

Then, after thinking more about it I wasn’t offended at all. I was actually glad someone asked that question, so I could address that issue. There are several ways to answer that question.

1) I am 28 years old.

2) I am 28 years old, however I have been doing Internet Marketing for over 6 years, been studying it for over 10. I have purchased thousands of dollars of training with extremely successful people. I am very well connected to top Income earners and have the resources to do the same for you. Also, this IS how I make a living and support my family.

3) Success doesn’t have anything to do with age. In Fact, my business partner, Jonathan Budd is younger than I am and extremely successful. He is one of the top Income earners online, constantly hanging out with guys like Mike Dillard, Eban Pegan and Mark Halverson just to name a few.

4) Are you implying that age comes with knowledge? If you are, how many “older” people do you know that can set-up a Twitter account, Do SEO on a website, run a successful PPC Campaign or Set-up a Blog to be effective? If your like many of us, not very many “older” people know how to do that. I believe that debunks the thought of knowledge comes with age. A better question would be what is my background?

I don’t think Age matters at all. I know some very young Internet Marketers that are extremely successful and make seven plus figures a year online. On the flip side,  I know many forty plus people that are not successful Internet Marketers. Furthermore, the vast majority of people who are Marketing Online are not successful at all ages. Age doesn’t matter, what matters is how well of a communicator you are and the knowledge that person brings to the table. That’s whats important.

You see, a simple question like “How old are you”, has too many meanings or implications. If you’re writing a post or article and not being crystal clear with your message, then how effective do you think it will be? Your message should be on Point and Clear.  If you leave your reader in the dark about what you want them to do next, how are they supposed to know? If your not getting the results you want out of your marketing efforts, I suggest analyzing your message to see if your being clear enough. Don’t just assume they will know where to go, what to click on, be specific and you will get the desired result. It works for me and it will work for you.

On this website, on the right hand side there is an “Ask” button to ask me a question. Please use it for any Internet Marketing related question you have and I will answer it. Make sure that you check back in a day or so, by clicking back on that “Ask” button to see if your question has been answered. If it hasn’t been answered its either a new post or not relevant to Internet Marketing. Also, when you click on that button you can see the other questions we have been asked.
