Waiora & Lead Generation

I was going through my Twitter Accounts today, chatting with some of my followers when I noticed a ton of people Spamming. Almost every tweet was Spam. Let’s explain what I consider Spam first though. Spam on Twitter, for me, is when you click on a person’s name and see all of their Tweets and the only thing you see are “Buy this”, “want to learn that” or a few words and a link to a sales page. Man, what a waste of valuable time on Twitter, let alone the undoubted Failure that that person will have and anyone who follows in their footsteps.

I know what you’re probably thinking, “I have seen you do that too Adam”. You’re right, I do, but the difference is that us  successful Internet Marketers do it few and far between. Dropping your link for your business once or twice every ten Tweets isn’t considered Spamming as long as the other eight tweets or so are of some value to the reader.

So, if you’re one of those Internet Marketers who are attaching your link on every post. Consider the value you are offering. You may have a big following, but are you making any sales? I know you’re Tweets say your making a killing, but come on, who are you trying to sell on your business with all of the tweets? The reader or yourself. The fact is if your product or opportunity is so great, then you wouldn’t have to try and push it so much. So, please provide value to your followers and we would expect a link or two along the way.
